We were extremely pleased with our experience with The Nancy Shea Team in selling our Oakville home in Morrison.  Every aspect of their services was professional, yet cordial and understanding.  Nancy, of course, is a superb sales professional and Steve provided timely services both with temporary storage needs and contractors for needed minor repairs. In today's world where it often seems ethics have virtually disappeared, it was a pleasure to see that we had chosen well when we decided to engage Nancy to sell my mother-in-law's house. We had engaged Nancy about 4 years ago to sell our house in East Oakville. During that process, we were impressed with Nancy's negotiation skills and her honesty; the house sold quickly for a good price. Record time and for the amount we wanted, and as well, find a new house that was right sized for our family.
